REFUND: Once the order has been packaged and the shipping label is printed we DO NOT allow any refunds. Once an order is mailed out Envyykollections DOES NOT offer refunds due to sanitary reasons.Envyykollections is not responsible for any stolen, lost, or damaged packages once the order is mailed out, you will need contact USPS if anything occurs.

 

SHIPPING: Please allow 1-3 business days for processing time and 3-5 business days for shipping time. Please make sure to include your full address including apt/suite Numbers.If your order is returned due to incorrect address, you will be responsible for paying shipping fees again.

 

CHARGE BACKS: A chargeback is a return of money to a payer of some transaction, especially a credit card transaction. Unfortunately a lot of small businesses have to deal with fraudulent disputes where scammers receive their product but purposely dispute the charges. If your order says "DELIVERED'' and you put in a fraudulent dispute, First Envyykollections will take the necessary steps with the help of shopify to prove that it was in fact a fraudulent dispute which will result in you having to deal with consequences and second Envyykollections will ban you from our website permanently.
